Zero shear force.

hi, i have got a beam with has two forces acting on it. and two reaction forces, how do i calculate the zero shear force in this question. ?

As far as I can remember, zero shear force will occur at a point of maximum moment and vice versa.

shear diagram will show you the shear in each section. concentrated loads are easy to handle.

Draw the shear and moment diagram... Then you will be able to determine the maximum shear for that particular beam...
