What is the middle name "T" of G.E. Alberto T. Fuderanan Jr. holder of PRC Code 1863

I filed a case for "Grave Misconduct and/or Neglect of Duty" against Geodetic Engineer Alberto T. Fuderanan, Jr., holder of PRC Code 1863 of Region 13, may I know what is this "T" as his middle name? Our opponent in the case, who requested for a survey is Henedina Tomilap. He was appointed as court commissioner, do you think his survey is not biased? I learned thru a friend that his middle name is "Tomilap". Please help me with this. He surveyed a public land which has no title as private land. His sketch plan is labelled as "Pcs". Is that allowed in the manual of regulations of surveys of the GEP? I'm sorry, I am not a geodetic engineer, but I am sure the survey of fuderanan is very irregular. Thanks for your enlightenment.
