Can I still renew my license even if I have no certificate of membership from GEP?

It is one of the requirements to present certificate from organization, unfortunately I did not join an organization (GEP) and did not attend any conference and conventions, can I still renew my license? Please if someone can answer me, I will really appreciate. Thanks

Hello Elvira, are you talking about PRC license for Geotechnical Engineers and are you referring Geotechnical Engineers of the Philippines for GEP? I assume you are talking about Geotechnical Engineering because you post this under this category.

Yes you can. When you passed the GE board exam you automatically became a member of GEP. All you need to do is reactivate your membership by paying to GEP the annual registration membership fee, get your certificate of membership (or whatever they call that) after paying. Go to PRC and follow the procedures as usual.

Simple. Go to PRC and try to renew your PRC license. Inform us about the outcome after.

for GE (Geodetic Engineers) you can only renew ur license if you have a "good moral certificate" issued from GEP (Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines) in your region. Moreover, before GEP will issue that certificate, you must have attended conventions or must have a 60 points CPE.

certificate of good standing po ang required ng PRC as a requirement for renewal of GE license. You can get this certification from GEP. this certification is based on point you have gained in attending GEP conventions/GE seminars and even Teaching.

hello...am a geodetic engineer also... our region requires us to attend at least 3 conventions for 3 years before they'll issue certificate of good standing..but i only earned 1 convention however i have my masteral units for me to earn a total cpe units of 60 points..can i still renew my license?
